Pappu Mining Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of pappumining.com, a Pappu Mining account, supported node software, device activation, activation keys, PAPPU reward records and withdrawal features provided by Pappu Mining Inc. (ā€œPappu Miningā€, ā€œweā€, ā€œusā€ or ā€œourā€). By using any of these services, you agree to these Terms.

Important: this is a technology service, not a guaranteed-income or investment product.
PAPPU rewards are variable, may have limited utility or transferability, and may rise, fall or become unavailable. Buying hardware or an activation key does not guarantee earnings, repayment, profit or a return on cost. Never participate using money you cannot afford to lose.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You may use the Platform only where it is lawful. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. If you do not agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, do not use the Platform.

2. Operator identity and official information

The service identifies its operator as Pappu Mining Inc., in California, United States. The official website is pappumining.com and the official support address is support@pappumining.com. Users should rely only on information published through official channels. Pappu Mining will never ask for an account password or private wallet key by email, social media or messaging service.

If any public corporate name, registration number, office address or licensing status changes, the operator information on the website must be updated promptly. A brand name, domain name or social-media account alone is not proof of regulatory approval.

3. What the service provides

The Platform allows eligible users to register an account, connect supported internet-enabled devices (ā€œNodesā€), activate a device, view its reported availability and activity, and receive account entries described as PAPPU rewards when applicable eligibility and verification rules are met.

The Platform does not promise that a Node performs a particular third-party commercial workload at all times. Any description of customers, workloads, datacentres, network revenue, active-node totals or independent audits is authoritative only when supported by a dated public record on the Project Information page. We do not present estimates, internal dashboard figures or marketing statements as independently audited facts unless they have actually been independently audited and the report is published.

4. Accounts and security

  • Provide accurate, current information and maintain only accounts you are authorised to use.
  • Protect your password, authentication details, activation keys and wallet information.
  • Notify support promptly if an account, device identity or key may be compromised.
  • You are responsible for account activity you authorise. We remain responsible where applicable law does not allow responsibility to be transferred to you.
  • Identity, sanctions, fraud-prevention or source-of-funds checks may be required where lawful and proportionate.

5. Activation keys and supported devices

  • One activation key authorises one supported device at a time unless the purchase page expressly states otherwise.
  • The price, payment currency or asset, network, fees and important restrictions must be shown before confirmation.
  • A key is not ownership of Pappu Mining, a share, deposit, security, guaranteed investment or entitlement to a fixed reward.
  • Any revoke or reassignment feature is subject to the eligibility limits, waiting periods and maximum age displayed before the action is confirmed.
  • You must not copy, counterfeit, manipulate, unlawfully resell or generate unauthorised keys, spoof a device identity, or evade device limits.
  • You are responsible for confirming hardware and operating-system compatibility before purchase.

6. PAPPU rewards and calculation

PAPPU is an account reward unit used by the Platform. Unless and until an official token contract is published and expressly identified on the Project Information page, a PAPPU account balance must not be understood as an independently issued public-blockchain token. Displaying a balance does not by itself establish market value, liquidity or convertibility.

  • Eligibility may depend on verified uptime, valid device identity, availability, network signals, security status, technical compliance and other published network rules.
  • Rewards are variable and are not guaranteed. Past results do not predict future results.
  • No minimum reward, fiat value, exchange rate, withdrawal time, profit or return on hardware, power, internet or activation cost is promised.
  • The dashboard may show provisional entries. Clearly duplicated, fraudulent, technically invalid or erroneous entries may be corrected after review, with an auditable account record.
  • Any public statement about reward value or revenue backing must identify the methodology, date, assumptions and source. We will not label a figure ā€œauditedā€ unless a qualified independent party performed and published that audit.

7. Withdrawals and blockchain transfers

  • Availability, minimum amount, service fee, supported network, frequency limit and estimated processing conditions are shown before submission.
  • You must verify the destination wallet and network. Confirmed blockchain transfers can be irreversible.
  • Security, identity, sanctions, fraud or technical checks may delay, reject or pause a request where reasonably necessary.
  • Third-party wallet, exchange and blockchain availability, fees and confirmation times are outside our direct control.
  • Where a completed withdrawal is published on our transparency page, users should verify its transaction identifier independently using the relevant public blockchain explorer. A public transaction proves movement recorded by that blockchain; it does not by itself prove profitability, business revenue or regulatory approval.

8. Material risks

  • Technology risk: software defects, incompatibility, outages, cyber incidents, power or connectivity failures may interrupt service.
  • Reward risk: calculation rules, eligibility, availability, utility and value can change; rewards can be lower than costs or zero.
  • Digital-asset risk: prices can be volatile, networks can become congested, and transfers to an incorrect address may be unrecoverable.
  • Regulatory and tax risk: laws and tax treatment differ by location and may change.
  • Third-party risk: wallets, exchanges, payment providers and blockchain networks operate under their own terms.

Pappu Mining does not provide personal financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Nothing on the Platform is an invitation to purchase a regulated financial product.

9. Acceptable use

You must not spoof uptime, location, performance or identity; create false participation; manipulate balances, referrals or withdrawals; exploit vulnerabilities; introduce malware; overload or disrupt the service; evade controls; infringe another person’s rights; or use the Platform for fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion or other unlawful activity. Good-faith security reports should be sent privately to support and must not access or expose other users’ data.

10. Payments and fees

All required charges must be disclosed before the user confirms payment. Digital-asset network charges and payment-provider charges may be separate. Unless a checkout page expressly offers another method, users must not assume that a crypto payment can be reversed or charged back. Pappu Mining does not authorise undisclosed agents to collect payment.

11. Cancellations, refunds and defective service

Before purchase, the checkout page must state whether the item is digital content, an activation service, hardware or another service, and must display the applicable cancellation and refund terms. A request may be refused where a valid digital activation key has already been revealed, redeemed or used and the user expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged any lawful loss of cancellation rights. This does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Duplicate payments, non-delivery, a defective key, an incorrect charge or failure to provide the purchased service will be investigated. Contact support@pappumining.com with the account email, order or payment reference, date and a description of the issue. Any approved refund will normally be returned using the original method where technically and legally possible.

12. Taxes

You are responsible for determining and meeting tax reporting or payment obligations connected with rewards, transfers, withdrawals or purchases. We may provide available account records, but those records are not individual tax advice.

13. Changes, maintenance and availability

We may update supported devices, security controls, technical rules, reward calculations or other features where reasonably necessary for operation, safety or compliance. We may suspend service for maintenance, security incidents, third-party outages or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Material changes will be described through the Platform or another reasonable notice channel and will apply prospectively unless urgent action is required for security or law.

14. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or terminated to protect users, investigate credible abuse, address a security incident, enforce these Terms or comply with law. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide notice and a reasonable way to contact support. Termination does not erase completed transaction records or obligations that must survive by their nature.

15. Intellectual property and software licence

Pappu Mining’s branding, interface, software and documentation are owned by or licensed to Pappu Mining. Subject to these Terms, a valid activation grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the applicable software on the authorised device. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licences.

16. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided ā€œas isā€ and ā€œas availableā€. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, universal device compatibility, availability in every country, a particular commercial workload, a minimum number of customers, or any earnings outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pappu Mining is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or loss of profit, opportunity, goodwill or data arising from use of the Platform. This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

18. Complaints and dispute resolution

Send a complaint to support@pappumining.com with your name, account email, relevant reference, the issue and the outcome requested. We will acknowledge and investigate complaints within a reasonable time. The parties should first try in good faith to resolve a dispute directly. This process does not prevent either party from using a court or any mandatory consumer dispute mechanism available under applicable law.

19. Privacy and records

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Security, account, activation and transaction records may be retained where reasonably necessary to deliver the service, prevent fraud, resolve disputes or comply with law. Public transparency records should minimise personal data and must not expose account passwords, private keys or unnecessary personal identifiers.

20. Changes to these Terms

The current version will remain publicly available at this URL with its effective and updated dates. Material changes will be notified where required by law. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Previous transactions remain subject to mandatory rights and the terms presented when they were made.

21. Governing law

Subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply regardless of this clause, these Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here deprives a consumer of non-waivable protections or access to a court provided by the law of the consumer’s habitual residence.

22. General provisions

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and transaction-specific information shown before confirmation form the agreement for use of the Platform. If transaction-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the more specific term applies to that transaction, subject to mandatory law.

23. Contact

Questions, complaints, security reports and legal notices may be sent to support@pappumining.com.
