These Terms govern your access to and use of pappumining.com (the “Platform”), operated by Pappu Mining Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1) Acceptance

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2) What the Platform provides

The Platform enables users to connect internet-enabled devices (“Nodes”) and view activity and reward information based on network participation and verification signals.

3) PAPPU reward unit

“PAPPU” is a reward unit used within the Platform. Its value may vary based on market conditions and platform policies. No fixed exchange rate is promised.

4) Rewards and no guarantee

  • Rewards depend on multiple factors, including uptime/availability, verification signals, network conditions, and system usage.
  • Rewards are variable and not guaranteed.
  • We do not guarantee any minimum earnings, timeframe, or profit.

5) Account rules

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

6) Node/device operation and acceptable use

You are responsible for device ownership/permission, internet/power costs, and device security.

You must not:

  • Spoof uptime/performance or manipulate verification signals.
  • Exploit bugs, reverse engineer, attack, overload, or scrape the Platform.
  • Use automation to falsify activity or evade controls.
  • Engage in illegal activity (fraud, money laundering, sanctions violations, etc.).

7) Withdrawals (if offered)

  • Withdrawals may be subject to security reviews, risk checks, and compliance controls.
  • We may delay or refuse withdrawals if fraud/abuse is suspected, required checks fail, or required information is not provided.
  • Minimum withdrawal threshold (set your real value): [e.g., greater than 5.00].

8) AML / sanctions compliance

You may not use the Platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions violations, or other unlawful activity. We may request information to comply with applicable law and may block, suspend, or report activity as required.

  • We are not responsible for losses due to market volatility or user decisions.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, goodwill, or business interruption).
